Natalia Cesnakauskiene
Natalia leads the market and capability analysis, defines the concept routes and maintains one coherent direction across the commercial, creative and specialist stages of each project.
Her role is to determine what should be created, for whom, why it should exist and whether the direction is right for the business or client behind it.
Her international career spans more than 25 years across strategy, finance, governance and operations in Europe and the UAE. Since 2018, her work has included diamond trading, jewellery manufacturing and luxury retail.
This gives AURÉ an operator's view of jewellery: an idea must not only be aesthetically strong, but capable of being sourced, developed, positioned and understood.

Gemological evaluation, gemstone sourcing, jewellery design, CAD, engineering and production are undertaken by the relevant independent specialists or appointed atelier.
